Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Partner Inside Sales Representative to build relationships with educators and drive new business from a fully remote location across the United States. You will focus on outbound outreach, virtual presentations, and cross-team collaboration to exceed quotas and activity goals.

The role emphasizes consultative, solution-based selling in the EC and K–5 education sector, requires strong communication skills, and offers an uncapped commission structure along

Qualifications

• Experience making high-volume outbound sales calls in an Inside Sales and/or Outside Sales role.
• Strong track record of sales success in the EC and K–5 education sector.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work from home.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Outside Sales team members to drive site-based customer outreach and key market penetration.
• Organized, forward-thinking, builds strong internal and cross-functional partnerships.
• Secures new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers via virtual appointments and calls.
• Meets or exceeds activity requirements regularly.
• Partners with schools and childcare centers to assess needs and opportunities.
• Hosts virtual product presentations to familiarize customers with services (Complete Classrooms®, professional development, etc.).
• Conducts online research on local, state, and national trends and funding in early learning/elements education.
• Works with leadership to shape sales strategies.
• Supports needs of educators with outside sales, retail and professional services.
• Identifies sales leads and collaborates with team to support market.
