TEKsystems is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for a fully remote role with a growing e-commerce brand. You will lead a 20+ person sales team, drive revenue growth, and transform customer experience through data-driven coaching and scalable processes.

You will oversee performance across direct and assisted channels, develop outbound campaigns, and elevate conversations to consultative engagements. This role emphasizes coaching, analytics, and strategic program leadership in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales leadership or people management experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience leading teams in an e-commerce, digital sales, or customer-facing environment.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and sales productivity.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive performance across direct and assisted revenue channels.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 20+ professionals; coach and train the organization.
• Elevate customer conversations to consultative, value-driven engagements.
• Analyze sales data and KPI metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Design and implement sales scripts, coaching programs, and engagement strategies.
