Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a fully remote team of inbound, consultative sales representatives working with small business owners seeking practical financial solutions.

You will coach, recruit, and develop reps, drive conversion targets, and collaborate with sales operations to optimize performance while maintaining an empathetic, customer-centered selling approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales leadership experience with a track record of improving team metrics.
• Experience leading a remote sales team that conducts video or phone conversations.
• Strong needs-based selling and consultative approach, not script-based tactics.
• Experience with short sales cycles and coaching for faster ramp-up.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing reps.
• Preferred exposure to debt relief, tax resolution, or related consumer services.
• Ability to balance commercial goals with empathetic customer care.
• Authorized to work in the United States as a W-2 employee; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team's performance, targets, and budget with a goal to exceed 20% conversion and 25% target.
• Coach reps during live calls and video consultations to strengthen consultative selling.
• Manage recruitment, final interviews, and staffing decisions.
• Support ramp-up for new hires with effective onboarding practices.
• Identify high-potential agents and develop them for future leadership roles.
• Monitor metrics, close performance gaps, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a customer-centered culture with empathy and integrity in every consult.
• Collaborate with sales operations and leadership to align coaching priorities.
