Qualifications

Proven leadership of high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, or appointment setting.
Experience coaching B2B outbound prospecting and cold calling.
Experience leading remote and geographically distributed teams.
Passion for coaching, mentoring, recognition and employee development.
Exceptional communication, organization and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a remote team of SDRs and BDRs.
Coach reps on B2B outbound prospecting, cold calling, objection handling, and appointment setting.
Personally participate in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
Conduct coaching sessions that improve confidence, skills and results.
Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable coaching plans.
Create contests and incentives to drive engagement and performance.
Partner with leadership and client stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
Recommend process improvements to boost productivity and engagement.
