Five Star Solutions is hiring a driven sales professional for a remote role serving business owners nationwide. You’ll engage past clients to understand capital needs, gather documentation, and prepare qualified opportunities for Senior Sales Representatives to close. Starting pay is $17/hour, with a nightly/weekend shift differential and incentives.

Hours are 9:00am–6:00pm EST, Monday–Friday. Paid training and benefits eligibility begin after 60 days, and Five Star Solutions emphasizes

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish rapport with business owners.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly process-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach (120-200 calls per day) to prior customers seeking additional capital.
• Communicate via phone, email, and text to assist past clients with new financing applications.
• Identify client needs and align them with appropriate product offerings.
• Re-engage previous customers to understand their experience and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead statuses within the CRM system.
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving and task completion.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Representatives by transferring qualified prospects for closing.
