Job summary

Honeywell International Inc. seeks an entry-level Inside Sales professional to support Fiplex Communications from inquiry through proposal, engaging customers remotely using phone, email, and virtual meetings.

You will report to the Director of Sales, work out of our HQ in Atlanta, GA, or Houston, TX on a remote schedule, and carry a quota with potential participation in the Sales Incentive Plan.

Qualifications

• 3 months of entry-level experience through internships, co-ops, academic projects, or related activities.
• 3 months of knowledge of sales principles and developing skills in inbound/outbound lead handling, qualification, and CRM follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver against an assigned sales quota, service revenue targets, pipeline goals, and daily activity targets.
• Respond to inbound leads and marketing-driven demand; qualify needs, timing, criteria, budget, and next steps.
• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to expand the qualified pipeline.
• Coordinate estimates, proposals, and next steps; manage opportunities through close.
• Serve as central coordination between Enterprise customers, design partners, field and channel sales, and internal teams.
• Gather and document complete project requirements and deliverables.
• Coordinate project estimations and support timely, competitive quotes.
