This remote position requires light fundraising, high-volume calls, and a quiet home office. The role offers hourly pay of $16 plus uncapped commissions, full-time shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• This position requires a minimum of 1 year of total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Experience with high-volume sales calls is a plus.
• Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9 or similar call center software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and guide them through the sales process with professionalism and efficiency.
• Build value on each call, update client records, and pitch three branded offering on every call.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay updated on products, campaigns, and sales techniques.
• Work autonomously from a home office handling inbound leads and outbound calls; seek feedback for continuous improvement.
