Job summary

Publishing Concepts, LLC is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to guide clients through our sales process from a remote home office. You will engage prospects, follow scripts, and aim to maximize conversion while maintaining accurate client records.

The role offers a remote, full-time schedule with a competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commissions, and requires 1+ year of sales history or a 4-year degree, with preferred experience in high-volume calling and call-center software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of total work history or 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Experience with high-volume sales calls preferred.
• Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Five9 or other call center software preferred.
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office for professional calls.
• Desktop equipment provided; you will work off our equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established sales processes and scripts; build value and update client records.
• Pitch three branded apparel and commemorative books offerings on every call; light fundraising and donation collection.
• Work autonomously from home handling inbound leads and outbound calls; self-directed coaching is required.
