Job summary

Publishing Concepts is seeking Inside Sales Associates for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will handle 20-50 calls, engage clients through the sales process, and contribute to a strong revenue pipeline with uncapped commissions.

The position requires a quiet home office and adherence to schedules. Compensation starts at $16 per hour with potential to reach $40K–$45K annually through commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of total work history with sales experience or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Experience making high-volume sales calls is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls with clients to guide them through the sales process.
• Engage clients, build value, update records, and pitch offerings on every call.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts for consistency and success.
• Participate in coaching and training to stay updated on product campaigns and sales techniques.
• Work autonomously from a home office with self-directed coaching.
• Seek feedback to continuously improve service quality and client experience.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure client coverage.
