Job summary

Publishing Concepts, LP, a Dallas-based firm, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to engage clients and guide them through our sales process with professionalism and efficiency. This remote, full-time role emphasizes high-volume inbound and outbound calling, client engagement, and adherence to scripts while maintaining attendance and performance targets.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, 1 year of work history or a 4-year degree, and familiarity with Zoom, MS Office, and

Qualifications

Minimum High School Degree or Equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
Experience making high-volume sales calls is preferred.

Responsibilities

Inbound and outbound calls: handle a high volume of 20-50 calls per day.
Client engagement: connect, listen, and ensure clients are referenceable.
Follow established sales processes and scripts to maximize consistency and success.
Build value, update client records, and present branded apparel and gift offerings on calls.
Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay updated on products and campaigns.
Work autonomously from a home office, self-directed coaching.
Seek feedback to improve service quality and address growth areas.
Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality to support client coverage.
