Job summary

Kemper Auto is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound calls, engage a broad agency network and exceed annual quotas. You will work remotely across multiple states, collaborating with field teams to grow premium and quotes. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus, and travel may be required to visit key partners.

A discretionary annual bonus is possible based on performance. Responsibilities include guiding agents toward goals, executing outbound strategies, and participating in training

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting outbound sales calls and engaging agencies to meet quotas.
• Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans.

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct and manage agents assigned to achieve sales quotas and business objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals and partner with field Sales to grow agency production.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to reach team goals and agency growth.
• Lead training sessions to ensure agents are comfortable with products and guidelines; manage agency relationships toward quote adoption.
• Participate in strategy meetings with Field Executive partners and Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel to visit key agencies and relationships with Field Sales.
• Attend insurance association events to foster partnerships and opportunities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, motivation, and strong time-management; basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret data and derive actionable plans from company reports.
