Job summary

Kemper Auto is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound calls and proactive agency communications aimed at increasing quotes and written premium. The role covers an assigned State or territory and involves collaborating with field sales to grow revenue and hit quotas.

Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus. You will travel occasionally with the Field Sales partner and participate in industry events as needed. A discretionary annual bonus may be earned based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish).
• Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans around the insights obtained from the data.

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct and manage agents assigned to you to achieve sales quotas and business objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to achieve team goals and agent growth.
• Lead training sessions to ensure agency is comfortable with products and guidelines.
• Participate in strategy meetings with Field Executive partners and Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits with Field Sales partner.
• Participate in insurance association conventions, seminars, and trade shows.
