Kemper Auto seeks an Inside Sales Executive to drive growth across a national remote-state territory. You will conduct weekly outbound calls and proactive agency communications to increase quotes and written premium, while meeting defined sales quotas.

Collaborate with Field Sales to grow revenue, participate in training, and guide agencies toward quote adoption. Travel occasionally to meet key partners; bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus and a discretionary annual bonus may be earned based

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong sales aptitude and self-motivation.
• Experience in outbound calls and agency communication preferred.
• Basic PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish).

• Guide, direct and manage agents assigned to you to achieve sales quotas and business objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to achieve team goals and agent growth.
• Participate in and lead training sessions with agency; ensure product guidelines are clear.
• Engage in regular strategy and tactical meetings with assigned field executives and Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits will be required; work with field partner to visit key relationships.
• Participate in agency-related functions such as conventions, seminars and trade shows.
