Responsibilities

• Guide, direct and manage agents to achieve sales quotas and objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to achieve goals.
• Lead training sessions to ensure agents understand products and guidelines.
• Participate in strategy meetings with field Sales Executives and Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel to visit key relationships.
• Participate in industry events and agency functions.
