Qualifications

• Outbound sales calls and proactive agency communications to increase production.
• Ability to guide and manage agents to achieve sales quotas.
• Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish) is desirable for agency communications.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound sales call goals to grow quotes and written premium.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to reach team goals.
• Participate in training and develop agency relationships for quote adoption.
