Kemper Auto is hiring an Inside Sales Executive to conduct weekly outbound sales calls and proactive agency communications to increase quotes and written premium. You will engage a wide network of agencies nationwide to meet and exceed annual goals, collaborating with field teams to drive growth and brand alignment.

This role emphasizes disciplined outreach, data-driven action plans, and strong communication skills, with a discretionary bonus tied to performance.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish).
• Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans from insights.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Must be flexible and a highly motivated self-starter.
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong agency relationships; guide and manage agents to achieve quotas and objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Serve as liaison between agency and company to resolve issues affecting growth.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to reach team goals.
• Drive new agency appointments and onboarding; lead training to ensure product understanding and adoption.
• Participate in strategic meetings with Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel to visit key relationships with field Sales partner.
• Participate in industry events and agency functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
