Qualifikationen

• Outbound sales experience with target-driven performance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work across multiple states and agencies.

Aufgaben

• Guide, direct and manage agents to achieve sales quotas and objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to grow agency growth.
• Lead training sessions to ensure agency is comfortable with products and guidelines.
• Partner with field Sales Executives to manage agency relationships toward quote adoption.
• Participate in strategy meetings with assigned field Sales Executive partners.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits as required.
• Engage in insurance association events, seminars, and trade shows.
• Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish).
• Interpret data from company reports and build action plans.
• Be flexible and a highly motivated self-starter.
• Basic PC skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate time management skills.
