Kemper Corporation, doing business as Kemper Auto, seeks an Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound calls and agency relationships across states. You will collaborate with field teams to meet quotes and written premium goals, and you will act as a brand ambassador while pursuing growth opportunities and new agency appointments.

The role emphasizes clear communication, self-motivation, and adaptability, with a potential discretionary bonus tied to performance and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• College degree preferred.
• Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish).
• Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans.
• Effective communication skills and public speaking ability.
• Must be flexible and a highly motivated self-starter.
• Basic PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop strong agency relationships and guide agents to achieve quotas.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Liaise between agency and company to resolve issues affecting growth.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to meet objectives.
• Drive agency appointments through onboarding processes.
• Lead training sessions to ensure product understanding.
• Support agency growth toward quote adoption and production.
• Participate in strategy and field meetings as needed.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits may be required.
• Represent field sales at association events and functions.
