Job summary

Kemper Auto is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive growth with agencies across assigned states. You will conduct weekly outbound sales calls and proactive agency communications to increase quotes and written premium, while serving as a brand ambassador.

This role requires discipline, self-motivation, and strong communication. You may travel occasionally to visit key relationships and participate in industry events; a discretionary annual bonus may be earned based on performance.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• College degree preferred.
• Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish).
• Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans.
• Effective communication skills and public speaking.
• Must be a self-starter with time management skills and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop strong agency relationships; guide, direct and manage agents assigned to you to achieve sales quotas and business objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Serve as liaison between agency and company to resolve issues affecting growth.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to achieve goals and agent growth.
• Drive new agency appointments and participate in onboarding and training.
• Attend strategy/tactical meetings with field partners and Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits as needed.
• Participate in industry conventions, seminars, trade shows and related events.
• Perform other duties assigned by leadership.
