Job summary

Kemper Auto is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to conduct weekly outbound sales calls and proactive agency communications to increase quotes and written premium. This role targets agencies across an assigned state or territory with the objective to exceed annual goals and grow revenue.

As part of the team, you will collaborate with field Sales and Product teams, participate in training sessions, and may travel for agency visits. A discretionary annual bonus is possible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and meeting quotas.
• Ability to interpret data from company reports.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide, direct and manage agents to achieve quotas.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to reach goals.
• Lead training sessions to ensure product understanding.
• Participate in strategy meetings with Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits as needed.
• Participate in industry events and conventions.
• Proactive agency communications to increase quotes and written premium.
