Kemper Auto, a national provider of car insurance for the high-risk non-standard auto market, is hiring an Inside Sales Executive. You will conduct weekly outbound sales calls and proactive agency communications to grow quotes and written premium.

You will manage agencies in an assigned state, exceed goals, and act as a brand ambassador to agents and brokers. Role requires discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to interpret data from company reports to drive action plans.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in outbound sales and agency communications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for field visits.
• Bi-lingual a plus (Spanish).
• Strong ability to interpret data from company reports and build action plans.
• Self-motivated with time management skills.

Aufgaben

• guide, direct and manage agents assigned to you to achieve sales quotas and business objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals
• Collaborate and work with the field Sales and Product teams to achieve team goals and agent growth.
• Participate in and lead training sessions to ensure agency is comfortable with products and guidelines.
• In partnership with field Sales Executives, manage the agency relationship toward quote adoption and positive production.
• Participate in regular strategy and tactical meetings with assigned field Sales Executive partners and Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel and agency visits will be required.
• Work with field sales in insurance association conventions, seminars, trade shows, and agency functions.
