Kemper Auto is a national auto insurer serving high-risk customers. We seek an Inside Sales Executive to conduct weekly outbound calls and proactive agency communications to boost quotes and written premium.

You will engage agencies in assigned states to meet annual goals and collaborate with field teams to drive growth and positive brand perception. This role emphasizes strong communication, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple relationships.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• College degree preferred.
• Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish).
• Ability to interpret statistical data from company reports and build action plans around insights.
• Effective communication skills and public speaking ability.
• Must be a self-starter with time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong agency relationships and guide agents to achieve sales quotas and objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Act as liaison between agency and company personnel to resolve issues affecting growth.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to reach targets.
• Drive agency appointments and participate in onboarding and training with partners.
• Attend strategy meetings with Inside Sales leadership and field executives.
• Travel occasionally for agency visits and events.
