Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly outbound sales calls and proactive agency communications to increase quotes and written premium.
• Engage agencies in an assigned state/territory to meet or exceed annual goals.
• Collaborate with field sales to identify opportunities and grow revenue.
• Lead agency training to ensure product and guidelines understanding.
• Travel to agencies as needed and participate in industry events and conventions.
• Build and manage agency relationships toward quote adoption and production.
• Interpret statistics from company reports to drive action plans.
