Job summary

Kemper Auto is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound sales and proactive agency communications, increasing quotes and written premium across assigned states. You will work with field teams to identify opportunities, meet quotas, and serve as a brand ambassador to agents and brokers.

The role emphasizes clear communication, discipline, and self-motivation, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance and company objectives being met.

Qualifications

• Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish).
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong agency relationships; guide, direct and manage agents assigned to you to achieve sales quotas and business objectives.
• Execute outbound sales call goals.
• Company representative and liaison between agency and company personnel to identify and resolve issues, which detract from profitable growth and positive company and agency perception.
• Collaborate with field Sales and Product teams to achieve team goals and agent growth.
• Drive new agency appointments forward through the onboarding process and participate in training sessions.
• Participate in regular strategy meetings with Field Sales Executive partners and Inside Sales leadership.
• Occasional field travel to agency visits as required.
• Participate in insurance association conventions, seminars and trade shows.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership.
