Qualifications

• Associate degree in Health Information Management or related field.
• 7 years inpatient coding experience in an acute care facility.
• Certification in coding (AAPC or AHIMA) required.

Responsibilities

• Review complex inpatient documentation to assign ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure code selections follow official guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards (≥95% quality and ≥100% productivity).
