Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review complex inpatient documentation to assign accurate diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Adhere to coding guidelines and regulatory compliance; ensure accurate code selection.
• Collaborate with CDI and Quality teams to match DRG and ensure Medicare accuracy.
• Meet departmental productivity and quality standards (95%+ quality, 100% productivity).
