Ignition CX US LLC is seeking a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) to join our nationwide team. This full-time, 100% remote role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and an uncapped commission structure.

You will handle 15–25 inbound calls daily, focusing on consultative sales for telecom and home services. We welcome motivated individuals with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.

• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification program.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
