Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is hiring for a fully remote Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2). You will handle 15–25 inbound calls daily, identify needs, and close sales with a consultative approach.

This full-time role includes paid onboarding, comprehensive benefits, and an uncapped commission structure. The position offers a base pay of $10 per hour plus commissions after training, with four-week onboarding and remote certification.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• You will handle inbound enquiries and close sales with a consultative approach.
• Must be able to multitask using multiple computer applications.
• Bring Your Own Equipment (BYOE) is required; company devices are not provided.
• Ability to work a full-time 40-hour remote schedule with training.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
• Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on earnings.
