Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative to handle 15-25 inbound calls daily for nationwide telecom and home services brands. This W-2 role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and an uncapped commission structure.

You will work a full-time, 40-hour remote schedule with a base pay of $10 per hour plus commission after training, supported by ongoing coaching and a four-week onboarding and certification program.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment
• Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on earnings
• Base pay of $10 per hour plus commission after training
