Job summary

Ignition CX is hiring full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representatives for national telecom and home services brands. This W-2 role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commissions.

You’ll handle approximately 15–25 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Previous sales experience is preferred but not required, with training and coaching provided.

This is a 100% remote role open to residents of select U.S. states, including Alabama.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Remote, full-time role with paid training and benefits.
• Able to handle 15–25 inbound calls daily in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to TV, internet, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification program.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
