Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is recruiting for a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) in a full-time, 100% remote role. You will handle about 15-25 inbound calls daily from a home office and receive paid training along with uncapped commission.

The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, company-paid life and disability insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program. You will complete a four-week onboarding and sales certification, with ongoing coaching from your Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to multitask across multiple computer applications.
• Excellent communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
