Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong sales drive and competitive mindset.
• W-2 employment status with paid training and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 15–25 inbound calls per day.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a remote environment.
