Ignition CX US LLC is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) for a full-time, 100% remote role. You will handle approximately 15-25 inbound calls daily, identify needs, and close sales with a consultative approach.

The position offers paid training, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision, and an uncapped commission structure after training. The role includes a four-week onboarding and sales certification, ongoing coaching, and shifts ending by 8:00 PM EST.

Competenze

• Experience in sales is preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Must have basic to intermediate computer skills, comfortable multitasking.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound customer enquiries related to TV, internet, phone, and services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Participate in paid onboarding and certification.
• Engage in ongoing coaching with a Team Leader.
• Maintain a full-time 40-hour remote schedule.
