Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries related to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification.
• Participate in ongoing coaching with Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule remotely.
