Ignition CX is hiring remote inbound sales representatives (W-2) for full-time roles in the United States. The position offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and an uncapped commission structure, with typical earnings supporting top performers at $60,000+ annually.

You will handle 15–25 inbound calls daily from a home workspace and complete a four-week onboarding program. Applicants must reside in approved states and have the flexibility to work a 40-hour schedule in a fully remote

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and coaching-ready attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
