Ignition CX US LLC is seeking a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) for a full-time, work-from-home role. You will handle inbound calls, identify customer needs, and close sales with a consultative approach.

The position includes paid four-week onboarding, remote certification, and ongoing coaching, with uncapped commissions after training. The role is 100% remote, with all shifts finishing by 8:00 PM EST and a fixed base pay of $10 per hour plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable in a remote, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment
• Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on earnings
• Base pay of $10 per hour plus commission after training
