Ignition CX is hiring for a fully remote Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) to join a fast-paced, performance-driven team. You will handle 15–25 inbound calls daily, with paid training and comprehensive benefits, including an uncapped commission structure.

The position offers a base pay of $10 per hour plus commissions after training, with top performers earning $60,000+ annually. Remote onboarding is fully remote, with four weekdays plus one weekend day after training and shifts ending

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle inbound customer inquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries relating to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
