Job summary

Ignition CX is hiring for a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) to support nationally recognized brands. You will handle inbound inquiries, identify customer needs, and close sales from a fully remote, home-based setup.

The role offers a $10/hour base after training, uncapped commissions, paid training, benefits, and a four-week onboarding program. A BYOE environment and flexible remote work are provided.

Qualifications

• Remote inbound role with no cold calling
• Paid training and comprehensive benefits
• Must complete pre-employment screenings, including background and drug testing

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries about TV, internet, phone services
• Identify needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Close sales with a consultative approach
• Complete a four-week remote onboarding and sales certification
• Participate in ongoing coaching with Team Leader
• Maintain a full-time 40-hour schedule in a remote setting
