Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is seeking a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) for a full-time, work-from-home role. Expect handling 15-25 inbound calls daily with paid training, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commission in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

You will identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and close sales through a consultative approach. A four-week remote onboarding and sales certification program is provided, with ongoing coaching and a clear 40-hour weekly

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Training and coaching provided.
• Must be comfortable with remote work and handling inbound inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-driven remote environment.
• Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on earnings.
