Ignition CX US LLC is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) to handle 15-25 inbound calls daily in a fully remote, work-from-home role. Training is paid, benefits included, and commissions are uncapped; base pay starts at $10 per hour after training.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment
• Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on earnings
