Ignition CX US LLC is seeking a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2). This full-time, remote position represents national telecommunications and home service brands, with paid training, uncapped commissions, and performance incentives.

You will handle 15–25 inbound calls daily, use consultative selling to identify needs, and close sales on the initial call. Base pay starts at $10.00 per hour Day One, plus eligible commissions and incentives, with ongoing coaching and advancement

Qualifications

• Sales or call center experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Resilience, confidence handling objections, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills, ability to multitask, and openness to coaching.

Responsabilités

• Handle approximately 15-25 inbound customer calls daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Use consultative selling and customer service skills to identify needs and recommend TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Handle objections, create sales opportunities, and confidently close sales on the initial call.
• Meet individual sales goals and participate in ongoing coaching.
