Ignition CX US LLC is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative (W-2) for full-time, remote work. You will handle 15–25 inbound calls daily, identify customer needs, and close sales with a consultative approach after training.

This role includes paid training, uncapped commissions after onboarding, and a 40-hour weekly schedule. Base pay starts at $10 per hour, with earnings potential through performance incentives while supporting nationwide telecom and home services brands.

Formación

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Close sales using a consultative and customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
• Uncapped commission structure with no ceiling on earnings.
• Base pay of $10 per hour plus commission after training.
