Ignition CX is hiring full-time Remote Inbound Sales Representatives (W-2) to handle inbound calls for nationally recognized brands. This 100% remote role offers paid training, comprehensive benefits, and an uncapped commission structure.

You will work a 40-hour week, earning a base $10/hour plus commissions, with top performers earning $60k+ annually. Expect ongoing coaching and performance incentives in a supportive sales environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Paid training provided.
• Ability to handle inbound inquiries and close sales.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to TV, internet, phone, and related services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Close sales using a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Complete a paid four-week remote onboarding and sales certification programme.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development with your Team Leader.
• Work a full-time 40-hour schedule in a performance-focused remote environment.
