Job summary

Ignition CX US LLC is hiring a Remote Inbound Sales Representative to handle 15-25 daily calls, using consultative selling to recommend TV, internet, phone services. This full-time, W-2 role includes paid training and a BYOE setup.

You’ll work four weekdays plus Saturdays, ET hours, with uncapped commissions and incentives. A strong communicator with resilience and coachability will succeed in a fast-paced, remote sales environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Resilience, confidence handling objections, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills, ability to multitask, and openness to coaching.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 15-25 inbound calls daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Use consultative selling to identify needs and recommend services.
• Handle objections, close sales on the initial call.
• Meet sales goals and participate in coaching.
