A Place for Mom is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first contact for families seeking senior care options. This remote role involves handling inbound leads, conducting initial consultations, and guiding families to the best living communities or home care providers.

You will work a 40-hour week, with some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Base salary is $45,760 with potential on-target earnings of $74,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel and ability to navigate internal CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted first contact for families seeking senior care solutions.
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from your home office as an inside sales representative.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match to communities and providers.
• Act as liaison between families and senior housing communities after completing training.
