Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to serve as the first contact for families exploring senior care options. You will guide conversations, educate on care options, and help families find matching senior living communities or providers from your home office.

You will work a 40-hour remote schedule, with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Base salary is $45,760 with OTE of $74,000 and an uncapped bonus potential of $24,240.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of inside sales/inbound call center experience.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask while on calls and taking notes.
• Strong computer and typing skills including Word and Excel and CRM navigation.

• Conduct inbound lead consultations and educate families on options.
• Match families with suitable senior living communities and home care providers.
• Coordinate between families and providers after training.
