Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to be the trusted first contact for families seeking senior care solutions. You’ll use empathy and guidance to help caregivers explore the best care options for their loved ones.

This remote, 40-hour role handles inbound leads, conducts initial consultations, educates families on options, and coordinates with communities after training. The position offers a base salary with uncapped bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
• Strong computer and typing skills including Word and Excel; ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Work as an expert resource for families on senior care options; deliver an exceptional experience aligned to the company mission.
• Take inbound, pre-screened leads and work remotely from home as an inside sales representative; maintain schedule adherence.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and help match them to senior living communities or home care providers.
• Act as liaison between families and providers after completing the 4-week training program.
