Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first contact for families seeking senior care options. You will conduct consultations, educate families on care options, and guide them to communities and providers that best fit their needs.

This role is remote, with a 40-hour weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends. Base salary, potential bonuses, and a strong benefits package are offered to support your success.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of inside sales/inbound call center experience.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask and take notes while on the computer; strong typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert resource for families on senior care options and provide an exceptional experience.
• Take inbound leads from home as an inside sales representative and maintain schedule adherence.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match communities/providers to needs.
• Act as liaison between families and providers after the 4-week training program.
