Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first contact for families seeking senior care solutions. This remote role focuses on empathetic consultation, educating families on options, and guiding them to matching communities or providers.

You will handle inbound leads, conduct initial consultations, and work to schedule tours while meeting daily production benchmarks. The role offers a defined 40-hour schedule, a base salary of $45,760 and a lucrative OTE with uncapped

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
• Strong computer and typing skills including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options.
• Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from home as an inside sales representative.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match to communities/providers.
• Serve as liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after training.
