This remote, 40-hour-per-week role includes schedule flexibility with evenings and weekends, a strong focus on targets, and a competitive compensation package with benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of inside sales/inbound call center experience.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn and navigate CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for families seeking senior care solutions.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match to providers.
• Serve as liaison between families and housing communities after training.
